Last week I was in the little town of

Whistler for a vacation. It was a very nice little town with the friendliest people I think I've ever met. We did a lot of hiking, golfing (well, sort of golfing. It was more of driving the golf cart around and watching my cousin play), and more hiking.

I have to say, I'm not so impressed with these pictures. I thought by putting my camera settings on "Landscape" it would be easier to take the quick shots that I needed and keep up with the crowd. I usually work with my camera manually, but this time I decided not to so I wouldn't hold the group back. That wasn't such a hot idea. Most of my pictures I had to go back and fix, which was a bit frustrating. So, lesson learned. Everything from here on out is manual.

The other day my mom and her boyfriend were at a casino in Atlantic City and I had the opportunity to visit them (I only live 2 hours away). The next few pictures were taken on the inside (which is a far cry more attractive then the outside) of the casino. Atlantic City isn't the prettiest place to be, not to mention it was so foggy that night none of the photos would have come out well.
