Abandoned
Get Zippy (aka Get Zapped, aka Get Zen)does the 'Inspire Me Thursday' on her blog. Feeling a bit inspired (although I don't have an abandoned art piece either) I decided to participate and take a picture of the word 'abandoned' in my dictionary. Reason being, I never use my nice, red, Websters's Dictionary anymore. If I need to look up a word, I look it up on an online dictionary or I ask my boyfriend. It simply sits there, collecting dust, and maybe my other books laugh at it. Who knows? So, my dictionary is 'abandoned'. Perhaps I should get into the habit of using it more.

Fruit

I haven't been out to take too many pictures lately, however I found this picture of a fruit stand I took in France and thought the colors were pretty. Anyway, it looks like we have warmer weather on its way so getting out to take pictures might be more interesting ;).

Heart
I personally think Valentine's Day is for Hallmark's earning potential at the end of the fiscial quarter, but everyone needs some love. So, if your in need or want of some love today, here's a Valentine for you.

Shipment
According to the weather people, we are in for a big snow storm on Wednesday. I'm hoping I can get some cool pictures of lots of snow, but we'll see where the storm goes.

Airplane and Sunset
I took this picture from our car while we were driving by the Newark International Airport. I love traveling the turnpike simply to go past the airport and watch the planes take off and land. I'm sure this is due to being deprived of airports growing up. While my hometown does have an airport, I have yet to see a plane even taxi up the runway.

Dark Primrose

Its getting harder to find things to take pictures of due to the very cold weather that has finally arrived. Mind you, its not the cold that bothers me so much, its the sheer drab of the enviornment that makes for boring pictures. But I'll try to find more intersting things to do, hopefully they'll turn out okay. :)
